  • The LCD part of the iPad is the panel underneath the outer glass digitiser this displays your images.  If this is displaying lines, blotches or is blurry it will need replaced

  • The Glass digitiser is the part of the iPad on the outside that recognises your touch, this is the part that usually gets the brunt of the damage and gets cracked.  It may also be unresponsive or seems un-calibrated.

  • On some iPad models the digitiser and LCD come bonded as standard and is much more cost effective if both are replaced together.

  • Our iPad repairs usually take about 2 hours to complete, but we like to keep them overnight to allow the adhesive to set.  We would rather you didn't bring it back to us saying the screen was falling off.
